Refund policy

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return UNUSED bags or exchange an UNUSED bag for a different style within 14 days of your original order date.

Clearbackpacks.com will give you credit for the UNUSED bag, but does not refund the shipping charges.

If you exchange your bag for a different style which cost less than your original order, the difference will either be credited back to the original credit card or sent as a check. The shipping costs of the original order are not refunded or applied to the exchange, and the new order will have separate shipping charges.

If you exchange your bag for a more expenisive style or purchase, your credit card will be charged for the difference plus the new shipping charges.
